How the Visibility Report is measured

Every Visibility Report is produced by an automated engine that inspects the live website the same way Google and AI assistants do. Every finding shows the actual value we measured. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is written by hand.

What we inspect

The live page

Your homepage HTML exactly as a search crawler receives it: titles, descriptions, headings, images, text content, phone numbers, addresses and embedded maps.

Structured data

The schema.org markup on the page (JSON-LD): Restaurant identity, menu, address, phone, opening hours, review stars, FAQ and breadcrumbs. This is how machines read your business.

Crawler access files

robots.txt (is Google allowed in? are AI crawlers like GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot allowed in?), sitemap.xml, and llms.txt.

Speed

Google's own PageSpeed test (mobile): the performance score, how fast the main content appears, and whether the page shifts while loading. If Google's test is unavailable at run time, this dimension is marked "couldn't measure" and excluded from the overall score.

How the score is built

Each check earns points against a fixed rulebook, grouped into five dimensions. The overall Visibility Score is the weighted average of the dimensions we could measure:

DimensionWeight
Search Foundations25%
Speed & Experience20%
Structured Data20%
Local Presence20%
AI Visibility15%

Bands: 0–49 At risk · 50–79 Losing ground · 80–100 Rank-ready. The Rank-Ready Standard we build to is 95.

The engine is versioned. A re-audit of the same site uses the same rulebook, so before-and-after comparisons are like-for-like.

What we never do

We never estimate a score we could not measure. We never write findings by hand. We never promise a specific Google ranking — we build and verify the measurable foundation that ranking depends on. And running a report places no tracking on your site and requires no login.
